Need help identifying the shower mixer for diverter replacement

Hello and sorry for English. We often get water drops from the overhead "rain" shower when the smaller hand shower is in use, or sometimes even when we are not using the shower. I suspect the divertor needs replacement, doesn't it, or are there other possible causes?

My biggest question is how to find a proper part. I thought the mixer could be from Hotbath (just like tap mixers in the bathroom), but hotbath.nl responded the photo is not of one of theirs. Can anybody help identifying the brand and model from the photos below please? The handles are fixed with a screw that is accessible when you unscrew the front "cap". Or are the divertors interchangeable between brands?

I don't know how old it is, I suspect it's around 10 years old. I removed the second handle and now I'm not sure how to remove the front plate.

• De volledige 200 mm rozet verwijderen

• Een foto van de omstelzijde (bovenste as)
• Een foto van de thermostaatzijde (onderste as)
• Een foto van de passing / schroefgaten
  
  
• dat dit geen Grohe is.Grohe gebruikt:
  
  • borgclips
  • bajonetsluiting
  • of een centrale moer
• Maar geen inbus onderaan om de cartridge te fixeren.Dat is typisch voor:
  
  • Spaanse thermostaten (Tres, Roca)
  • Paini / Paffoni / Bossini varianten
    
    
    We konden niet zo naar type kraan komen
    
    
  • Je zit hier namelijk met een kraan waarbij:
    
    • de afdekset niet origineel is
    • het inbouwdeel niet overeenkomt met wat de afdekplaat suggereert
    • de thermostaatcartridge wél Grohe‑compatibel is
    • maar de omstel en passing totaal niet Grohe‑achtig zijn
    • en het raster exact matcht met Vernet‑inbouwdelen

I'm going to ask him to remove the entire 200mm escutcheon so I can see the built-in tap, as the element is also secured from below with an Allen key.
Remove the entire 200mm escutcheon.
Take a frontal photo of the built-in part.
A photo of the diverter side (top shaft).
A photo of the thermostat side (bottom shaft).
A photo of the fitting/screw holes.

Many thanks for your suggestions. I still can't understand how to remove the front plate, but I managed to find the same plate left from the "spare parts" from the previous owner (there used to be two shower mixers - but no spare thermostat or divertor left for refence unfortunately):

I've also found the photos/videos of the bathroom works, they aren't very high-quality but perhaps they can help understand if it's one set or separate pieces. Also, it seems like removing the front place won't give a lot of information because there are just two circle holes in the tile. Not sure if it was the right decision from the installers.

Ik weet dat het ieder geval Italiaanse of Spaanse kraan is dus ik ga nu eens zoeken zoals ik zie het is een box.
En zo gauw als ik de merk/type te weten kom dan kunnen we kijken ivm met je omstel.
Naast thermostaat zitten 2 keerkleppen daar kan je zo niet bijkomen daar moet tegel open

Maak deze eens los druk er af en maak een foto van de omstel zodat daar op verder kan.
