Is this asbestos?

Hello Everyone, new in the forum, would appreciate some insight:
EN: Trying to fit a cat flap into a door panel. Came across this material (see photos) it looks a lot like asbestos to me. is there a way to say with any certainty whether or not it contains asbestos? Stock services can be quite pricey. Year of manufacture is mid 1980s

NL: Proberen een kattenluik in een deurpaneel te passen. Kwam dit materiaal tegen (zie foto's) het lijkt veel op asbest voor mij. is er een manier om met enige zekerheid te zeggen of er wel of geen asbest in zit? Voorraadservices kunnen behoorlijk prijzig zijn. Bouwjaar is midden jaren 80

Vanaf de foto's valt naar mijn mening niets (met zekerheid) te zeggen of er in dat materiaal wel of niet asbest zit.
Misschien is het wel gipsplaat met glaswol ertussen.

Bestel gewoon een asbest testkit, dat kost je de kop niet.
Dan heb je zekerheid.

Voorraadservices kunnen behoorlijk prijzig zijn.

Wat bedoel je daarmee?

I meant to say, the Asbestos inventory services are quite expensive.
That is not a dry wall, is part of the frame of the door/window.
it is a sort of Sandwich panel, with apparent 3 main layers: A+Foam +A

Ik bedoelde te zeggen dat de asbestinventarisatiediensten vrij duur zijn.
Dat is geen droge muur, maar maakt deel uit van het kozijn van de deur/het raam.

I'm pretty sure that this is asbestos. You'll still need an asbestos inventory if want to remove the panel.

I think I see a vacuumcleaner on one of your photo's. I would advise to throw away the bag. Asbestos fibers are too small for the filters of a standard vacuumcleaner and would blow out into your house.

I will have it tested first - if it turns out to be ( i also think it is) - i will get the inventory and have it removed asap.

you are right about the vacuum cleaner. It is not with a bag but with a washable deposit. I have placed everything inside a sealed plastic back along side my clothes and place them in the basement.
The "wound" is "sealed" with duct tape from both sides.
If it is indeed Asbestos, then i have been exposed, as i did not use adequate PPE.
I have washed the area with a wet cloth. What other precautions should i take? thank you in advance.
