Bosch 29 VRC

Good evening,

I got recently Bosch 29 VRC installed and have some questions since I am not happy with amount of noise it generates. Could anybody breafly explain how it works cause I don't have much experience with devices like this.

In the aparment I lived before, CV-ketel (intergas HRE 24/18) was always switched-off during stand-by and started working only when it was demanded. If hot-water taps were closed and temperature in the apartment was above or equal the setting on the thermostate, CV-ketel was in stand-by. If I opened a tap or radiators needed warm water, CV-ketel started fire and worked untill the taps are closed or the temperature is as requested.
Opposite to all I wrote above, Bosch 29 VRC is up and running 24x7 even when the fire isn't needed (no hot water demand/no radiators heating needed) and this causes extra noise which I didn't expect. When fire is needed, it makes even more noise which makes sleeping very uncomfortable. Could anybody clarify if it is normal behaviour or it can be tuned?

Thanks and Regards.

Did you buy or rent the place?

I think your cv needs to be tuned by a service engineer, there should not be a lot off noise and certainly not 24-7.could be some mal function or just tuning.

Succes.
